拖了很久終於來辦理澳洲工作時的退休金申請了 

我的退休金公司是 Australian Super : www.australiansuper.com/

退休金的申請辦法本來是參考 RJ 的 ATO-DASP 退休金申請教學

但後來發現其實可以免除 ATO-DASP這一步驟

因為 AustralianSuper 不採用！

照著RJ教學線上填寫完ATO-DASP後

到 AustralianSuper 官網 寫了封 e-mail 

兩天後收到以下的回覆 & 附加檔案：

Thank you for your email received 24 May 2012.

Please be aware that we do not accept applications for Departing Australia Superannuation Payments via the ATO website. In order to apply for such a payment, you will need to do so through AustralianSuper.

An Application for Departing Australia Superannuation Payment form is attached. Please complete and return this form with proof of identification (photo identification) and the eligibility documents as indicated on the form to:

Important note: Faxed forms cannot be accepted as an original signature is required for verification purposes.

You will receive a Payment Summary with your benefit payment, providing details of your final benefit as well as the total tax paid. Your payment will be made by cheque in Australian dollars or credited to your Australian bank account.

Please note: Legislation requires AustralianSuper to tax your benefit at the rate of 45% of the untaxed element and 35% of the remainder of your benefit (excluding any tax-free components of your benefit). If you wish to leave your benefit in a superannuation fund in Australia until permanent retirement (after you have reached your preservation age), reduced tax rates will apply.

簡單來說

AustralianSuper 不接受 ATO-DASP 線上申請的這個步驟

要申請退回則需要填寫他們自家的申請表格 Application for Payment of Benefit - DASP.pdf 

戶頭金額少於 AU$5000 只需填寫表格並附上 

1.copy 有照片和簽名頁的護照

2.copy 簽證過期證明 （WHV當初申請的印本）

3.copy 護照上澳洲出入境章

4.copy 澳洲銀行帳戶對帳單以證明你的帳戶資料

填寫表時在 3.Payment Options 的地方有兩個選項

 轉帳到你澳洲帳戶(澳洲銀行帳戶對帳單以證明你的帳戶資料)

 收到支票
